Zeally Bay Sourdough has been baking in Torquay since 2007, bringing real sourdough bread to the Surf Coast with a strong focus on organic and biodynamic ingredients. The bakerys roots run deep - its signature leaven was first established in 1981 and has been carefully nurtured by the same family for over forty years.

Every loaf is made using traditional hand skills and long fermentation, then baked on a stone hearth for a depth of flavour you can taste. Zeally Bay Sourdough is Victorias first independently audited Certified Organic bakery, committed from day one to supporting regenerative agriculture and providing nourishing, chemical-free bread to the community.
