Customer Reviews

4.5 / 5

A cosy, friendly spot beside Ararat Gallery TAMA, Foragers Cafe earns plenty of praise for warm service, reasonable prices, a clean space and quick turnarounds. Coffee is a standout, with several reviewers calling it some of the best in Ararat and regional Vic, made with Seven Seeds beans and served in real cups. Its a handy road?trip stop, good for small groups, and theres a nice outdoor area too.

Menu favourites mentioned again and again include the Moroccan chicken salad, breakfast bagel, chicken focaccia, salmon bagel, smashed avo with egg and bacon, toasted sandwiches and a generous sausage roll. Sweet treats also shine, from house?made banana bread and raspberry muffins to croissants, carrot cake, rich brownies and a much?loved vanilla slice. Theres also a Vegan Chickpea Curry triangle, fruit toast, lasagna with salad and even a caramel milkshake.
