Corangamite Catchment Management Authority
Business Overview
Corangamite Catchment Management Authority (CCMA) works across south-western Victoria to protect and enhance the region?s land, water and biodiversity. Established in 1997, CCMA covers a diverse area stretching from Geelong to Ballarat and along the Surf Coast to Peterborough, including volcanic plains, coastal stretches, and the old growth forests of the Otways.
The authority partners with local communities, Traditional Owners, landholders and volunteers to deliver projects that support healthy waterways, sustainable agriculture and thriving habitats. From on-ground river restoration to citizen science and community workshops, CCMA?s work helps ensure the region?s natural assets are cared for and enjoyed by current and future generations.
